w) the Critical Response Process®
in January 2025, i completed a ten-month certification program in Liz Lerman’s Critical Response Process® (CRP).
CRP is a four step method for giving and receiving feedback with origins in Liz Lerman’s own choreographic career.
in use for nearly 30 years, the CRP method has been embraced by creators, educators, theater companies, universities, orchestras, laboratories, museums, corporations, K-12 schools & more.
as a certified CRP facilitator, i support various communities with enhancing their feedback culture to encourage compassion, curiosity, and consent
@ Truth Public Charter School
i created the “Majestic Mondays” program where staff would rotate leading optional, monthly workshops during our lunch break before our afternoon meetings.
workshop topics covered a wide range including:
line dancing, financial awareness and painting.
over the two years that i ran it, this program encouraged: collaboration, community, and curiosity among staff,
by activating the assets in the building, staff could experience each other’s often hidden talents.
